Lisa is passionate about assisting couples to enhance the relationship and emotional bonds. Lisa uses Emotional Focused Couples Therapy, the most effective intervention in couples therapy today, to assist couples to find their own unique connection, to de-escalate conflict and to re-establish and enhance intimacy. Lisa has completed her internship in Australia and is in the process of registration for the International Centre for Excellence in Emotional Focused Couples Therapy.

She has worked for 25 years with people who seek therapy to address a range of issues. Her background is working with Defence and the Veteran Community and the health sector. She is well versed in finding individualized treatment plans for individuals who are suffering from mild to moderate psychological distress.
