Graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2015, Brendon spent several years working in Rockhampton, Tweed and Brisbane hospitals prior to moving to the beautiful Coffs Coast in 2019 to pursue a career in General Practice.
Brendon has a strong foundation in acute medicine and enjoys all aspects of general practice. He has a broad focus, caring for people at all stages of life, and is particularly interested in chronic disease management and the use of nutrition & lifestyle interventions to optimise health and prevent disease.
Dr Brendon grew up in Toronto, Canada, cultivating a passion for canoeing and hiking during the summers - and like any Good Canadian - playing ice hockey in the winters. Having now hung up the skates, Brendon enjoys cycling uninterrupted by snow & ice thanks to the 'year round' summers experienced on the beautiful mid north coast, and enjoys beach walks with his partner & their dog.
