Dr Anita Lasocki is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and graduated from Medicine with Honours from The University of Melbourne in 2005.
She completed specialist Dermatology training at The Royal Children’s Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, St Vincent’s Hospital and The Skin and Cancer Foundation.
Anita was awarded the President’s medal in Pharmacology during Dermatology training. Upon completion of her training, she received an international scholarship from the American Academy of Dermatology for her examination results. In 2012, Anita was the recipient of the F.C. Florance Bequest through the Australasian College of Dermatologists, furthering her subspecialty interests at world-renowned European centres.
Anita holds public hospital appointments as a Consultant Dermatologist at St Vincent’s Hospital and The Royal Women’s Hospital. She is involved in the teaching and supervision of medical students and Dermatology trainees, and coordinates the Dermatology Prize examinations for medical students throughout Victoria.
Dr Lasocki enjoys the diversity of Dermatology practice and managing all disorders of skin, hair and nails. She has particular interests in early melanoma detection, skin cancer management, women’s and children’s Dermatology, management of excessive sweating, and biologic therapies for psoriasis.
